The short version
This Privacy Policy explains how the Rolla application — published on Google Play as "Rolla: Rolling Icon Changer" ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") — handles information when you use it. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Rolla is a home-screen personalization app that lets you apply a rolling icon animation, change and customize app icons, and set wallpapers. It does not require an account. Custom icons are applied as home-screen shortcuts rather than replacing the original system icons.
The icons, shapes, colors, animation settings and wallpaper you choose are applied and stored on your device. To place a custom icon, the App creates a home-screen shortcut; it does not replace the original system icon or modify other apps. We do not upload or retain these choices.
Through the third-party SDKs below, the App processes standard mobile technical data such as device model, operating-system version, language and country, app version, coarse (IP-derived) region, app-instance identifiers, and the Google Advertising ID. This supports analytics, crash reporting, attribution and advertising.
The free app shows ads. Ad partners may process your Advertising ID, coarse IP-derived location, and ad-interaction events to deliver and measure ads. See Third-party SDKs and Your rights & choices.

Analytics, Crashlytics (crash reporting), Cloud Messaging (notifications) and Remote Config. Data processed: app-instance ID, device model, OS version, language, country, screen views, anonymized usage events, and crash stack traces.

Serves ads in the free app. Data processed: Google Advertising ID, coarse IP-derived location, and ad-interaction events. Personalized vs. non-personalized ads depend on the consent you give through the in-app UMP prompt.

Ad attribution and measurement for Meta campaigns. Data processed: Advertising ID, app install/open events, and conversion events. This SDK is not used for Facebook login and does not access your Facebook profile or friends.

Because the App is ad-supported, the advertising and attribution partners named above necessarily receive the limited identifiers described in Section 4. Some laws (e.g. CCPA) may treat ad-related sharing as a "sale" or "sharing" — see Your rights & choices.
We share data only as described here, with Google (Play, Firebase, AdMob), Adjust (attribution) and Meta Platforms (ad measurement), plus authorities where required by law. Your on-device personalization choices are not included in advertising or analytics sharing.
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to opt out of personalized advertising.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our advertising and analytics SDKs are not configured for child-directed treatment. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The App is operated with infrastructure and partners that may process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where data is transferred internationally, our partners rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We rely on Android's application sandbox and scoped storage to isolate App data, and our SDK partners use HTTPS/TLS in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, noted in the App or Google Play release notes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
